Situated on a very flat beach front, the concept is to create a two tier villa development, with the top tier orientated towards the sea. Below that are all the common and back of house facilities, thus ensuring very little intervention to the site. Consideration is given towards possible future expansion, with the initial concept of minimising land use and encouraging ecological preservation.
